Wherefor the Flow of Immigrants

Justin Katz

You may have heard that illegal immigrants are returning to Mexico because they can't find work in the United States. Mark Krikorian notes that, while that is surely a factor, other shifts (less conducive to the liberal storyline) are in play, as well:

Buried in the story, and not highlighted in the headline or the lede, is this comment from someone a whole lot more likely to know what ordinary illegal aliens are actually thinking:
... "They're going back home because they can't get medical help or government assistance anymore," Frausto said, "And when it's getting so difficult for them to find a job without proper documentation, it's pushing them away."

"Build it and they will come" referring to the golden arches of the entitlement industry.Take it away...ciao baby. Good lesson for the rest of our society. Safe guards and safety nets....yes. Generational welfare that banrupts the states and the country...no. Illegal immigration...no way. Legal immigration....yes with sane limits. Pretty simple.

Nonesense. All they need is to have a baby and they get free food, a free apartment, a welfare check, heating assistance, free babysitting, etc. plus de facto amnesty.

Don't you think it's ABOUT TIME !!!!!! Let's hope it spreads to Rhode Island. Let's also PRAY that none of their peers let them know about how easy it is to access those benefits in RI right now.
