Did Somebody Mention Propaganda?

Justin Katz

Curious to note that today marks the third time in four days that the Providence Journal has run the governor-as-bigot story on the front page. And unless I've missed it, the paper's reporters have yet to indicate that they've any interest in disrupting that there is nobody in Rhode Island whose views fall within any proximity to the governor's stance. Indeed, for today's article, Steve Peoples sought comment from Marriage Equality Rhode Island, but didn't apparently bother to call the National Organization for Marriage Rhode Island.

We'll see whether the newspaper's advocacy carries over to the big Sunday edition.

Comments, although monitored, are not necessarily representative of the views Anchor Rising's contributors or approved by them. We reserve the right to delete or modify comments for any reason.

Justin next time you're covering an event with Stevie Peoples in attendance please ask Stevie if his blatant lack of journalistic standards and professionalism comes naturally to him or is it mandated by Pamphlet management.

Btw is this another example of the "fowl" rightwing ProJo?
What say you, Ducky C? lol

Why do we allow the projo to even exist?

Every true American in RI must cancel their subscription. I did. The withdrawal pain was brief. Change is good.

Too bad they are still the only daily paper in town. This to shall pass.

Justin
Where did they call Carcieri a bigot ??

How could you possibly know, if Mr Peoples called NOM_RI or not ?

It could be that Mr Plante at NOM_RI
commented, but his words were to hatefull and rude to print, like Mike
who comments here at AR

Justin in the future just email your anti-gay comments to Mr Peoples and I am sure he will print them. Since your are the #1 anti-gay bloger in the state

Justin Katz at AnchorRising.com has a problem with your one sided, pro gay agenda reporting. And the
(Governor-as-a bigot) article that you wrote. In the future please check with Mr Katz for his opinion before you publish any articles about marriage or gays or sex of any kind, Since Mr Katz is the states leading expert on those subjects. He is also Rhode Islands leading Anti-Gay bloger He can be reached at..jkatz@timshelarts.com

ProJo can't print The Don sticking his foot in his mouth unless he actually does it.
Unfortunately, The Don has done precisely that.

Justin:
Where did Mr Peoples call Mr Carcieri a Bigot???
Or are you a Liar, just claiming that Mr peoples called him a Bigot?

Did you email Mr Peoples with your comments ??

You're misreading. I didn't quote Peoples as writing that. I used "governor-as-bigot story" as a paraphrasing title for the controversy itself. That's why I said that the paper had put it on the front page multiple times, and I don't believe Peoples wrote every iteration.

As for whether I sent Steve the link, I didn't have to. You did.
