A Hard Line for an Ally

Mac Owens

My recent piece in the Wall Street Journal addressed the incentives that the Obama Administration is creating by pressing hard on Israel. Oddly, this is the very same U.S. president who believes it's important not to appear to be "meddling" in Iranian affairs.

Obama's hard line with Israel wouldn't be objectionable if he didn't act like a rumpswab to the Islamic non-compromisers simultaneously.
Israel overreaches frequently by putting pressure on the US through AIPAC to take certain positions which may not be in our best interest.
You are on the money however about Obama being so ginger with the mullahs.and his disdain for "victory"-how can he say that when he is ordering men and women to their deaths to fight the Islamic extremists?

"Keep your friends close and your enemies closer".

The president should be hugging the writer of this blog.
