it's not about voting for McCain...it's about voting against the Obama-nation.

Greg

I find no reason to vote FOR McCain. But I find more reasons to vote AGAINST Obama than McCain. Like foreign policy and military matters. And like the third arm of government. Your desire to punish the Republicans - and they richly deserve it - should be secondary to preventing the potential damage done by activist judges.

The next President probably will appoint a few Supreme Court Justices. I want those appointees to respect the Constitution and the correct way to change it. That way is by the amendment process, not judicial fiat. Put in enough justices who believe in the living Constitution and you might as well add the Red Queen to the Supreme Court's entablature sculptures, along with her motto that "words mean what I want them to mean". There is no more profoundly undemocratic process than law made by nine unelected life tenured judges.

message to Marc - careful with what you say - the Messiah may smite you with a lightning bolt or two.

I guess we can put the myth of the liberal mainstream media to bed once and for all.

It's still not too late for the RNC to nominate somebody we'd actually vote FOR...

Yeah, I'm still looking for that pony I wanted for my 7th birthday, too....

I didn't say it was likely. God knows that the GOP hasn't made a good decision in at least eight years.

CBS News - don't they still have most of their resources deployed trying to prove thier claims about Bush and his TANG duty?

Their news division may have once made them the Tiffany network, but its more like the paste and rhinestone network now.
